GroupMe: We will set up a separate GroupMe for each tournament, which will be required for all competitors and available to all parents. The GroupMe will be used for the duration of the tournament to communicate effectively with all coaches/participants about meeting locations and times, round results, meals, etc. The GroupMe information will be included with the permission slip for each trip.
Email List: While tournament sign-ups and permission forms are always hosted on our website, we periodically send out team-wide announcements, tournament results, fundraising information, and other communication through our email list. All students are expected to sign up for the mailing list; parents and alumni are welcome to sign up to receive updates and news. Alumni and alumni parents: you are automatically unsubscribed following your graduation. If you wish to continue receiving updates, you will need to sign up again as an alumnus/alumna.
